Mark Johnstone

Mark Johnstone is an experienced procurement professional with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Indirect & Logistics Procurement at C&C Group since August 2019, Mark has previously held leadership roles at SSE plc, including Head of/Lead Procurement & Commercial Retail, and Head of Procurement & Print Operations at the University of Strathclyde. At the University, responsibilities included managing a team of 12, developing procurement strategies, and overseeing an annual spend of approximately £90 million. Mark's earlier positions include Category Manager at Alfred McAlpine and Buyer at William Grant & Sons. Mark holds a Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain & Procurement from MCIPS and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of the West of Scotland.
