Candela is how tech startups hire stellar junior talent when it's near impossible to tell the real thing from AI chaff.

Fresh junior engineers get hired on what they build in a real, scored project, not on a CV or a Claude-ed take-home.

Why it matters: a senior who's good with agentic coding now does what three juniors used to, so the bottom rung is being pulled up, and the people who studied CS, maths or physics to build cool tech are watching the door close before they've walked through it. We pry it back open. The juniors who steer AI well are the best-value engineers on the market right now, and we put them in front of the founders who'd otherwise never find them.
