Luke Eley

Luke Eley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development across various sectors. As a Co-Founder of Cander since August 2016, Luke has focused on building and launching innovative projects. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Account Management & Sales at TASC Outsourcing, where Luke contributed to delivering skilled talent solutions in the UAE. As Director at EarthStream from January 2012 to February 2015, Luke managed operations within the energy sector, addressing both traditional and emerging market needs. From 2002 to January 2012, Luke held multiple roles at Hays Pharma, ultimately leading European Business Development and overseeing growth across 22 countries. Earlier in Luke's career, a role as Divisional Manager at FTR was undertaken from February 2000 to June 2002. Luke holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 1992 and 1995.
