Eric Workman

Eric Workman is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in physical security management. Currently serving as the North America Physical Security Manager at Candescent since October 2025, Eric focuses on developing and implementing security policies and conducting risk assessments. Previously, as the Senior Manager of Physical Security at SECU Credit Union from July 2020 to October 2025, Eric was responsible for the organization's physical security infrastructure, overseeing contracts for armed guard services. Eric's career began with the Maryland State Police, where roles included Sergeant in the Firearms Training Unit and Team Leader of the Maryland State Apprehension Team. Eric also has experience as an investigator in various capacities, including the Gun Tracing Task Force and the Carroll County Drug Task Force. Educational qualifications include studies at Catonsville Community College and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
