Jayna B. is a seasoned ethics and compliance professional with extensive experience in global program leadership, high-risk investigations, and corporate governance. They led the ethics and compliance strategy at Secureworks, achieving 100% global training completion for nine consecutive years, while also serving as Assistant Board Secretary. Previously, Jayna managed legal and compliance affairs at Birch, where they oversaw resolution of over 1,400 regulatory complaints and facilitated cross-functional data responses. They have a strong legal background from roles in various law firms and are currently pursuing a B.B.A. in Finance at Georgia State University. Jayna is now seeking a leadership position in a values-driven organization.
