Previously, Shannon worked at NCR Corporation for a decade, focusing on creating effective training solutions, and held other instructional design and training consultant roles at Intuit, Asurion, and Superior Technical Resources. They have also presented at industry conferences and contributed an article to Training Industry Magazine, showcasing their commitment to improving learning experiences.
