Steven Pierce

Steven Pierce, CUDE, is currently the Vice President of Innovation at Black Hills Federal Credit Union, where they identify and drive transformative initiatives to enhance organizational efficiencies. Previously, they served as a Criminal Investigator and Deployed Supervisor in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 1996, showcasing their skills in managing investigations and mentoring youth. With a strong background in data analysis and report development at Green Tree Servicing and Black Hills Federal Credit Union, Steven contributed to the creation of groundbreaking digital banking solutions recognized with industry awards. Their educational qualifications include a degree in Information Technology from National American University and ongoing executive education at MIT Sloan.
