Galit Maskileison has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. galit started their career at Cellcom, where they held various positions including Department Manager of Financial Services and Data Service & Advanced Products Department Manager. In these roles, they managed projects, set goals, monitored implementation, and oversaw budgets. galit then moved on to partner, Ltd, where they served as the Service Products and Customer Relations Director. Following that, they joined Philip Morris International as a Customer Care Manager, where they set up and managed customer service operations and drove initiatives to improve performance. At WINT - Water Intelligence, Galit worked as the Head of Customer Experience, where they set up the support and success center, trained personnel, and developed work processes and procedures. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Support at Candex, where they are responsible for building and managing the company's support center, defining long-term strategies, and establishing data-driven operating processes.
