Sofina Lin

Sofina Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, product management, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Intelliware since January 2024, Sofina co-founded PEAR in November 2018. Previous roles include Consultant and Associate Consultant at Capco, along with a Product Management Internship at Riipen, where a product requirements document was developed to enhance user experience. Participation in the Diverse Tech Talent Program for Product Management led to the acquisition of fundamental PM skills and the development of a B2B app during a hackathon at Co.Lab. Sofina's background includes data analysis roles at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario and KGS Research, as well as experience in financial risk management and innovation at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Ontario Financing Authority. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in Financial Analysis and Risk Management, along with a minor in Statistics from the University of Waterloo.
