Candid | Human-Led AI for Real People, Real Stories and Job-Ready CVs

Every day, welfare-to-work professionals change lives - but too much of their time is lost to admin, formatting, rewriting and fighting with generic AI tools that don’t understand the people behind the documents.

Candid was built to fix that.

We bring the human back into employability by helping key workers create CVs that are meaningful, accurate, strengths-based and truly reflective of the person sitting next to them.

Why We Exist

Behind every CV is someone who has struggled, tried, overcome, cared for others, rebuilt, recovered or is simply looking for a chance.

But too often:
•	Their stories get lost
•	Their strengths go unnoticed
•	Their confidence is gone
•	And their CV becomes “just another template”

Generic AI makes this worse - producing robotic, copy-paste outputs that feel nothing like the person they represent.

Candid changes that.
We combine decades of UK CV-writing and Welfare-to-Work experience with ethical, human-trained AI to help key workers showcase each person’s strengths with clarity, dignity and fairness - fast.

This is a platform designed with employability professionals, for employability professionals:
