Eric Brickman

Eric Brickman has a strong work experience in the financial industry, with significant roles in various companies. Eric currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Candidly since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Newport Group for almost two decades, where they held several executive positions, including Executive Vice President, Chief Solutions Officer from November 2017 to March 2021, Executive Vice President, Global Technology & Innovation Officer from October 2012 to November 2017, and Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions Group from January 2002 to October 2012. Before joining Newport Group, Eric worked at Prudential Financial, where they held the positions of Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives & Digital Innovation from February 1995 to December 2001 and Vice President, Strategic Initiatives from July 1991 to February 1995.

Eric Brickman began their education journey in 1987 at Syracuse University, where they pursued studies without a specific degree or field of study. Eric subsequently transferred to Muhlenberg College in 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Finance, completing their studies in 1991. In 1991, they enrolled at Seton Hall University and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business in 1995. Following this, Eric pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 1993, focusing on International Marketing & Entrepreneurship.
