Alison Williams

Alison Williams is a marketer, brand builder, storyteller, and designer currently serving as the Managing Partner at CandidateX, where they focus on developing inclusive hiring solutions. From 2013 to 2023, Alison was also the Managing Partner at DNA Branding Inc, leading marketing strategy and brand launches for notable clients such as M&M’s and Mars. Earlier in their career, Alison held the position of Brand Leader for Seasonal M&M's at Mars Canada from 2003 to 2011 and worked in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs at Alliance Atlantis from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Alison is pursuing studies at the Etobicoke School of the Arts.
