Doug Hoffman

Doug Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Doug most recently worked at Candid as Senior Director of Materials & Supply Chain since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Materials & Supply Chain at Candid from August 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Candid, Doug worked at Omnicell for a decade, where they served as Director of Global Planning and Scheduling from July 2017 to August 2020. Doug also held the role of Senior Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling from June 2013 to July 2017 and Manager of Production Planning from April 2010 to June 2013 at Omnicell. Prior to Omnicell, Doug was an Independent Consultant for ArthroCare Corporation, where they completed a global training assessment and led a SAP Continuous Improvement Program from June 2009 to September 2009. Doug also served as Director of Materials and Global Scheduling from January 2005 to May 2009 at ArthroCare Corporation, overseeing Global Supply Chain Management and the US Purchasing group. Doug started their career at Taxan USA as a Program Manager from January 1993 to June 1997, where they gained experience in shipping, warehouse management, QA, purchasing, and customer account management.

Doug Hoffman attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1984 to 1990, majoring in Industrial Technology. Doug also attended Cuesta College from 1986 to 1987, focusing on General Education. Additionally, Doug Hoffman has obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
