Hildé Venter

Hildé Venter is an experienced professional in AI, analytics, and customer experience. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, both from Stellenbosch University, where they graduated with honors. Hildé's career includes roles as a Data Science Team Lead at Babylonstoren and various positions at Uber, where they currently serve as the Head of AI and CX, overseeing initiatives that enhance user experiences. They previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and held engineering internships, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and consulting fields.
