Moran Sela

Moran Sela has worked for three organizations. In 2022, they became the Head of Test Development for Canditech. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Test Developer at the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation. From 2010 to 2018, they were a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they taught B.A. courses in statistics and cognitive psychology.

Moran Sela holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Cognitive Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, they have completed an Advanced Studies in Psychometrics program from the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation in June 2022.
