As a premier homebuilder in Utah, the Candlelight Homes team has built quality communities along the Wasatch Front for over 20 years. Each home is carefully crafted to ensure that your home will continue to be a place of quality and comfort for years to come.

Our highest priority is your continued satisfaction. We’re confident that you will share your experience with friends and family about the great experience of building a new home with us.

Our History:

Candlelight Homes was founded by the principles of DAI – Utah’s Foremost Land Developer. With over 20 years of experience developing subdivisions across Utah, DAI decided to instill the same quality craftsmanship and attention to detail into building homes. Today you can enjoy both benefits by investing in a Candlelight Home in a DAI community.
