Laura E. Garner

Laura E. Garner is an Office Manager for EnCap Flatrock Midstream’s Houston office. She joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2015 and is responsible for the management of administrative and office functions. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream, Ms. Garner was an Executive Assistant in Asset Management at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Prior to that, she was a Lending Assistant at Amegy Bank in the Private Banking Group. Ms. Garner holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
