CDC is a next-generation Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions company founded by two visionary engineers with a singular ambition: to redefine what BIM truly represents within the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE)
industry. We move beyond the fragmented, tool-centric perception of BIM and establish it as a complete, system-driven digital ecosystem.
The ACE industry continues to face challenges such as unified workflows, partial digital adoption, and significant information loss across project stages. BIM is often reduced to modelling or coordination checkpoints, limiting its real potential and long-term value.
CDC was established to address this gap our mission is to deliver a fully integrated, end-to-end BIM ecosystem under one roof, seamlessly supporting the journey from concept design through the complete lifecycle of the project. We aim to lead the industry
through holistic BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, precision-driven modelling, immersive architectural visualization, and comprehensive digital engineering solutions across every stage of the built-environment lifecycle.
By integrating automation, cutting-edge technologies, intelligent coordination, BIM contracting, and value-added project support, we ensure alignment with project delivery objectives and statutory authority requirements. Through this unified approach, we empower our clients with superior accuracy, total clarity, and operational efficiency enabling smarter decisions, reduced risk, and predictable outcomes throughout their built-environment journey.
CDC is defined by its engineering-led approach, integrated BIM manager model, and lifecycle accountability. We replace fragmentation with structure and complexity with clarity. Our mission is to empower clients with accuracy, efficiency, and control
throughout the entire built-environment journey.
