Having co-founded Gerdes & Walter GbR, Marc developed creative solutions for small to medium-sized businesses before progressing to roles such as Art Director and Design Director at conceptbakery and Zone, where they managed teams and delivered innovative projects for major clients. Marc’s expertise further expanded during their tenure as Experience Design Director at Cognizant, where they led digital transformations for prominent brands. Currently, Marc is a Principal Product Designer at Candyspace, focused on building and supporting design teams for growing businesses. They hold a BA in Media Design & Brand Management from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
