Katy Player

Katy Player was appointed as Senior Vice President, People in February 2021 and will focus on the Company’s global people strategy, initiatives, and programs. She continues to demonstrate strong leadership and leads the People team to make Canfor an employer of choice for current and future employees.

Katy has been with Canfor since 2015 and most recently served as Vice President, People & Communications. Prior to that, she held the position of Director, People & Culture, and Director, Learning, and Leadership.
