Meng Xu

Meng Xu is a transformational technology executive with 18 years of experience, currently serving as CTO at Cango Inc. From 2018 to 2021, they were IT Director of MSS & Chief Architect at Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd (GRU), leading the Global Mobility Ecosystem and establishing a global governance model for IT architecture, organization, and budget. From 2013 to 2017, they were IT BRM Senior Manager at Jaguar Land Rover China, defining IT strategy, managing budgets, and acting as an internal consultant between business units and IT. They also held roles at SAIC General Motors from 2007 to 2012 as Business Analyst of MSS domain, and at 观致 from 2012 to 2013 as IT Manager of MSS domain. They served as CEO of Jiuzhou Auto from 2017 to 2018, where they developed strategic plans, designed the organization, recruited the team, and built the e-Commerce and online social CRM platform.
