Steve Lehr

Steve Lehr is currently the President at Cangrade Consulting, where they oversee a team providing human capital consulting services and conducting research on Large Language Models. Previously, they founded and served as Chief Science Officer at Cangrade from 2011 to 2020, developing tools to match employers with job candidates. Steve has also been a board member of the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra since 2017 and worked as a researcher at Harvard University's Implicit Social Cognition Laboratory from 2010 to 2019. They earned a Master's in Business with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
