Innocent Obi

Innocent Obi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, digital art, animation, and technology. They began their career at The New School as an Academic Technology Assistant, providing support to students with design programs and resolving technical issues. They later worked at West Prep Academy and Guggenheim Museum as a Video and Sound Design Intern and Animation Intern, respectively, gaining hands-on experience in teaching and resolving issues related to various software and media projects.

Obi then joined Bronx Museum of the Arts as a Student Curator, where they co-curated a student exhibition, oversaw installations, and contributed as a tour guide. They also worked as an Art Intern at Free Arts NYC, teaching and collaborating on arts and crafts projects with students and parents.

Throughout their career, Obi displayed a passion for teaching and creativity, evident in their roles at CAMBA as an Animation/Art Instructor and AHRC New York City as a Digital Artist. They created lesson plans, taught various art forms, and troubleshooted devices in the tech department. Additionally, at Peace of Mind Projects, they served as a Logo and Marketing designer, overseeing all designs and expanding branding and engagement.

Most recently, Obi worked as a Sales Representative at Angi, where they optimized and organized the leads generator software, managed a sales script, and achieved a high conversion rate by making successful sales.
