Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Formidable, where contributions were made to open-source data visualization projects, and Founder of ReactD3, which developed an open-source data visualization framework. Earlier in the career, Howard co-founded DataGarage.io, an open data platform aimed at facilitating data sharing.
