In 2012, they joined True Manufacturing as a Production Engineer Co-op, focusing on improving line efficiency and product quality. In 2013, they became a Machine Process & Automation Engineer at True Manufacturing, responsible for identifying and resolving machine issues and improving efficiency. Since 2014, they have been working at Cannon, initially as a Project Engineer and later progressing to the roles of Associate Engineer and currently Senior Associate Engineer. In their current position, their responsibilities include creating drawing packages, selecting system components, obtaining quotes from vendors, and coordinating with other engineers. David also attends design review meetings with clients and develops control narratives.
