Jonathan Weiss has a diverse work experience primarily in laboratory planning and architecture. Jonathan is currently working at CannonDesign as a Laboratory Planner. Before that, they held a similar position at Northwestern University from 2010 to 2020. Jonathan also worked as a Laboratory Architect at Lord, Aeck & Sargent, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Health Education and Research Associates, Inc. as a Laboratory Architect, where they were involved in space programming and design for various forensic laboratories. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at O'Neal, Inc. as a Project Architect, specializing in laboratory design for various clients. Jonathan also has experience as a Laboratory Manager at Northwestern University from 1983 to 1985.

Jonathan Weiss has a strong educational background in various fields. Jonathan earned a Master's degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Neurobiology from the University of Chicago between 1980 and 1984. Jonathan completed their undergraduate studies at New College of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from 1977 to 1980.

In addition to their educational achievements, Jonathan Weiss holds a certification as a Registered Architect from the North Carolina Board of Architecture, which they obtained in 2002.
