Leanne Stepien

Leanne Stepien, AIA, currently serves as Vice President at CannonDesign since February 2022. In addition to this role, Leanne has been an Alliance Community Board Member at Roswell Park Cancer Institute since 2010, contributing as a volunteer since 2010 and co-hosting the Taste for Life event, while also participating in the Summer Splash event committee. Leanne is a Board Member at SPCA Serving Erie County, NY, starting in December 2022. Previously, Leanne held the position of Director of Facilities at Delaware North from February 2020 to January 2022, worked as an Associate at Kideney Architects from April 2014 to February 2020, and served as Associate Principal at WENDEL Companies from 2000 to 2014. Leanne holds a BPS in Architecture from the University at Buffalo and participated in a semester abroad at the University of Antwerp.
