Shawn M. is a Senior Associate and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CannonDesign, where since June 2011, they have been responsible for full-life cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, ATS system administration, and immigration lead for the HR team. They are currently leading recruitment efforts for various offices. Prior to their current role, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Employer Services Corporation and also held a position as a Human Resources & Marketing Intern. Shawn M. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo.
