Michael Schell has extensive experience in sales training and coaching, having worked with Canon Canada and Canon USA since 2005, where responsibilities include supporting the "Buyer-Approved" Sales Training curriculum and coaching sales teams. As the President of Thought Leader Publications & Sales Training, Michael has authored several sales training books and founded two call centers dedicated to research for these publications. Michael has also presented sales training workshops for various companies, including Maximizer Software, MULTI CHEM, and the U.S. Department of Commerce, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing sales techniques and skills across diverse organizations.
