Rick Stubbs is currently the Associate General Counsel at Canon Solutions America, leading a legal team focused on complex commercial contracts, data security, and regulatory matters. With extensive experience as counsel since 1993, Rick has specialized in areas such as telecommunications, e-commerce, and corporate compliance. Rick previously served as General Counsel for beMANY and held positions at Cavalier Telephone Mid-Atlantic and Richard U. Stubbs, Esq. Rick is fluent in Spanish and is pursuing a JD in Law from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill while studying History at the University of Notre Dame.
