Matthew Lien

Matthew "BlueT" Lien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as the Head of Resilient Architecture at both the National Institute of Cyber Security and the Public Digital Innovation Space, Matthew co-founded Imonology Inc. and holds positions as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, focusing on cloud services, P2P technologies, and location-based services. As the Business Owner and Chief Technology Officer at SourceZones, Matthew specializes in Big Data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence applications for KYC and AML. Additionally, Matthew serves as an advisor for ZUSO Generation and is a dedicated lecturer at National Chi Nan University, teaching courses on Linux and OpenSource. Matthew is a leader in the Ubuntu Taiwan LoCo Team and has been involved with various technology and programming communities for over two decades.
