Billy Marsh

Billy Marsh is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as a Senior Analytics Engineer at Canopius Group since February 2024. Prior experience includes over a decade at Cafcass, where Billy held positions ranging from Senior Analyst to HR Project Officer, focusing on the design and maintenance of SQL-based SSRS reports and automation of statistical processes. Billy has also led Learning and Development initiatives, including a recognized dyslexia awareness program, and has contributed to workforce development strategies in HR roles. A former Action Chair at Loughborough Students Union, Billy possesses a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Loughborough University and a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Leeds City College.
