Jack Power has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and digital marketing. Jack started their career in 2018 as an IT & Marketing Apprentice / Digital Marketer at VIP Motorsport, where they were responsible for managing IT estate, handling technical difficulties on the website portal, and optimizing SEO for the backend of the website. Jack also created original content for social media pages and email marketing campaigns.

In 2021, Jack joined wejo as a Service Desk Analyst, taking ownership of the service desk support function. Jack logged and resolved incidents, requests, and problems associated with various platforms. Additionally, they provided technical support to the global user base, diagnosing and solving computer, software, and hardware issues. Jack continued their role at wejo until 2023.
