Jo Price

Jo Price has a diverse work experience background. They started their career in 2000 as an Administrative/Financial Accountant Assistant at Modern Design & Decorating, where they performed various administrative tasks and assisted with financial statement preparation. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Tax Advisor at Aviva, where they provided tax advice. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Tax Manager, Reporting & Compliance at Legal & General, overseeing tax reporting and compliance matters. They then joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Group Tax Reporting Manager for a brief period from September 2015 to February 2016. In 2016, they became a Tax Compliance Manager at VolkerWessels UK until October 2022. Currently, they are a Tax Manager at Canopius Group, starting in October 2022.

Jo Price attended St. Augustine's C.E School from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they enrolled at London Metropolitan University and pursued a degree in BA Accounting & Finance with a minor in Taxation. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. In 2005, Jo joined the Association of Taxation Technicians for further education. In 2009, they obtained the qualification of Chartered Tax Adviser.
