Prior to this role, Lorraine held positions such as Consulting Manager at Sciente International P/L, Chief Human Resources Officer at FWD Insurance, and Head of Human Resources at Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia). With a background in talent management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from The Open University, Lorraine has extensive experience in various HR roles across different industries.
