Steve P. currently serves as Group Head of Reward, Analytics and Systems at Canopius Group, having joined in August 2019. Previously, Steve P. was Managing Partner at Alpha Zero Consulting for over two decades, focusing on the development of innovative tools for organizational transformation. Steve P. has held several interim project and programme management roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including roles associated with the European Investment Fund and the Ring Fence Programme, as well as at Barclays Corporate Banking, NYSE Euronext, and Atos Euronext Market Solutions. Steve P. also founded and directed Bite and Chew, a clothing brand for skiers and snowboarders, and was a founding partner at Azolve, leading consulting and business development efforts. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Bradford, an IPD in Personnel and Development from Brighton MET, and a BSc in Chemistry and Management from Loughborough University.
