Sue Dando

Sue Dando is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Canopius Group since January 2023, Sue has previously co-founded C4 Care Ltd, a recruitment agency focused on providing high-quality care staff in the North West of England. Prior to this, Sue held leadership roles such as Managing Director and Sales Director at D4 Technical Ltd, where the focus was on IT and digital recruitment services. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Ataris Executive Search, Summit Executive Search and Selection, and other recruitment firms, starting a career in the industry as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant in 1999. Sue holds a GNVQ Advanced, Level 3 in Leisure Studies from South Cheshire College.
