Sara Mitchell currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Canopy since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sara was Director of Solutions Architecture for the UK at Stripe from March 2022 to May 2025. Sara's extensive experience includes positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as Head of Financial Services Solutions Architecture UK and AWS Financial Services Solutions Architect from October 2016 to March 2022. In earlier roles at Pivotal Software, Inc., and IBM, Sara held various technical and leadership positions, building a strong foundation in cloud architecture and solutions. Sara holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from the University of Brighton, earned between 1998 and 2002.
