Matthew Kipper has worked in the customer success field since 2012. Matthew began their career as a Volunteer at Ma'ase Center in 2012. In 2013, they joined Equinox as a Manager, Customer Experience, Tier X Coach, and Tier 3+ Trainer. In 2017, they moved to Life Time Inc. as Manager, Client Onboarding & Success. In 2019, they became a Success Coach and Owner at Health Strategies. In 2021, they transferred to Advance Your Reach as a Customer Success Manager. Matthew is currently employed at Canopy as a Customer Success Manager.

Matthew Kipper obtained a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University.
