Robert Clost is an accomplished director with extensive experience in customer care and operational management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Care at Canopy Growth Corporation since June 2019, Robert previously held the position of Associate Vice President and Account Delivery Head at Wipro Limited from November 2010 to October 2018, where responsibility included global operational delivery and management of a team of approximately 1200 agents. Prior experience includes key roles at Bell Mobility from 2001 to 2010, including Director of Work Force Management and Director of Central Region Client Care, overseeing substantial budgets and managing large teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Robert holds a degree from the University of Guelph, earned between 1987 and 1990.
