Irrum Doss

Irrum Doss has worked in the ecommerce industry for over 18 years. Irrum began their career in 2002 as Client Relations/Human Resource Manager at Realestatetours.com. In 2004, they became Director of Sales and Marketing at Revenue Gateway LLC. In 2008, they were Vice President of Sales at Profit Source Inc. From 2010-2016, they were Chief Sales Officer at Choxi formerly Nomorerack. During this time, they successfully achieved $340 million a year in revenue and revitalized the existing customer base of 19 million. From 2016-2020, they were VP of Ecommerce at jClub. In 2020, they joined Canopy Management as Vice President of Partner Success, Head of Partner Success, and Partner Success Manager.

Irrum Doss attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2001, where they studied Journalism. Irrum has also obtained eight certifications since 2020, including Improving Your Leadership Communications from LinkedIn in November 2022, Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers from LinkedIn in July 2022, High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation from Coursera in October 2021, Master Confident Presentations from LinkedIn in April 2021, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in March 2021, Google Analytics For Beginners from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2020, Amazon Retail For Advertisers Certification from Amazon in September 2020, and Amazon Sponsored Ads Foundations Certification from Amazon in September 2020.
