Mike Flutka

Mike Flutka has over 14 years of work experience in finance and administration roles. Mike is currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Canopy since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Finance Manager - US/Canada at Applus+ Laboratories from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Finance and Administration at EventLink LLC from March 2018 to March 2020. Mike also has extensive experience at All Terrain, where they held various roles including Senior Manager - Finance & Administration from September 2014 to January 2018, Business Manager from July 2011 to September 2014, and Business Operations Coordinator from January 2008 to July 2011. In these roles, they were responsible for budget creation, payroll management, HR functions, employee benefits management, policy development, and compliance with employment laws.

Mike Flutka earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest in 2003. Mike then pursued a Master's degree in Personnel and Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2009. In March 2017, Mike obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
