Since 1876 our experience (now at the 6th generation of Cantarelli), allows us to offer a Parmigiano Reggiano which flavour, aroma and fragrance are consistent to the most authentic tradition of the product.

Our distinctive feature lies in the NATURAL MATURATION of our cheese, which sets us apart from most of the offer in the current market. The natural maturation is still practiced today in the original stone structures which date back to the XIX century, enabling us to age cheese in a natural balance of temperature and humidity. Thanks to this process, the cheese expels the excess humidity, especially the residual from the processing, enhancing its fragrance and aroma.
