Mathew Easterday

Mathew Easterday is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Cantata Bio and serves as General Counsel at EdenRoc Sciences, LLC, where they oversee the management of several bioscience and pharmaceutical startups. With extensive experience in legal roles, including General Counsel positions at Dovetail Genomics and Liberty BioSecurity, Mathew has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at St. Olaf College. They hold a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mathew's legal career includes work as a Patent Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and internships at notable law firms and the United States District Court.
