Ruby Hoose

Ruby Hoose currently serves as the Head of Talent at Cantina Labs, a company focused on developing advanced social AI models. Prior to this role, Ruby founded RSHC, leading global talent acquisition for technology companies and successfully acquiring eight clients. Ruby has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner and the first Head of People & Talent at Tonic.ai, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and employee experience. Previous positions include Lead Recruiter at Summer and Recruiter at both Vimeo and Omada Health, where Ruby played a pivotal role in hiring across various functions. Ruby began a career in education as a Health Teacher with HealthCorps, imparting knowledge on preventative health to high school students. Ruby holds a B.A. in Communication and Spanish, graduating Cum Laude from Wake Forest University.
