Althea Mercado

Althea Mercado is a Customer Happiness Lead at Canva, where they also served as a Subject Matter Expert for Print and previously as a Customer Happiness Specialist. Althea held various roles, including Vice President for Publicity and Promotions at UP Travel Society and Director for Publicity at the UNESCO Club of UP Diliman. They gained experience as a Client Relations Associate at Lana PH and completed an internship at SMX Convention Center. Althea earned a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from the University of the Philippines, graduating in 2018.
