Brittany Boynton is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various HR roles in multiple organizations, including Westpac, OpenTable, Pandora, Medallia, and Canva. At Westpac, Brittany contributed to HR Operations by enhancing user experience through the implementation of a new HRIS and training team members on employee lifecycle processes. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator and People Operations Lead, where Brittany managed onboarding programs, provided employee guidance, and standardized global HR processes.
