Erika Diskancova

Erika Diskancova currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Sales for Canva EMEA, overseeing mid-market and enterprise segments while leading a team of consultants dedicated to enhancing client support. Prior to Canva, Erika was the New Business Lead at Kaleido AI, where responsibilities included driving sales strategies and team performance, and also held the role of Enterprise Account Executive, excelling in revenue generation through strategic initiatives. Erika's earlier experience includes positions at Meltwater, where relationship management and client renewals were key focus areas, as well as roles in the legal field as a Junior Lawyer, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant. Erika holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Legal Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, both from the Faculty of Law at the University of Trnava.
