Freya Smith

Freya Smith is a Design Director at Canva, where they currently lead design initiatives. Freya has extensive experience in design, having previously held the position of Designer at Accept & Proceed from 2017 to 2025. Their early career included internships at notable companies such as Apple and Pentagram, along with a bursary internship at Brand Union and other roles at OTHERWAY and DIA Brands. Freya earned a degree in graphic and media design from the University of the Arts London, following earlier studies in art and design at Oxford Brookes University.
