Glen Pringle is an experienced IT Manager and Technical Trainer with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform. From February 2019 to October 2023, Glen worked at Using Technology Better, providing specialized training and consultancy. Prior to this role, Glen served at Monash University from June 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing G Suite operations, executing large-scale migration projects, and enhancing eLearning support across the institution. Additional roles at Monash included Faculty eLearning Support Manager and Google Cloud Platform Technical Lead, where Glen launched GCP for enterprise use. Glen's expertise and leadership were also showcased at SolutionOne Pty Ltd as a Solutions Architect and currently at Canva as a Senior Systems Engineer.
